Any disregard for the terms and conditions below renders the sale agreement and warranties provided null & void and no further communication will be provided to the offending party. 

 

OVERVIEW
By visiting the site and/ or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

The below terms and conditions are binding and final in regulating the relationship between "BountyBox" and the purchaser.

1. REFUNDS

A) Due to the nature of the products sold, namely, the potential use of a license and then a refund claimed, no refunds will be provided for any reason unless the seller is unable to either resolve the issue with the license key or provide a replacement.

Subscription based products will be pro - rated from the date of sale  against the period left of the subscription.

B) Due to the variations and nature of products sold, you agree to allow the seller an opportunity to rectify any issue or error message. Any failure/refusal to do so, renders this agreement null and void with no obligations owed by the seller to you.

C) If the seller is unable to provide a replacement of the product purchased, a refund will be processed within 1 day. 

D) Due to the nature of the products sold and the potential for a product to be used after delivery and then a refund requested, no refunds will be granted for any reason other than a defective license key.

At all times, It is the responsibility of the buyer to carefully read the item description prior to making a purchase. By completing the purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms. Any requests that do not comply with this policy will be referred back to these provisions.

E) The onus is on the purchaser to ensure compatibility of the item purchased. The seller will not be prejudiced due to the buyers error, failure to ensure compatibility or any other negligent actions 

 

2. LICENSE KEYS

License keys are one-time use and activation, unless stated otherwise.
License keys listed as binding are linked to an account and may be used multiple times, unless stated otherwise.

 

3. GUARANTEE 

The guarantee period is one year (1) ONLY , unless otherwise stated. The period starts running from the date the product was sent , irrespective of when the product was first used. 

 

4. ACTIVATION

All product activations must be done within 10 days of purchase unless otherwise specified. Should you fail to do so, you will be referred back to these provisions. there are NO exceptions.

 

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

The seller assumes no responsibility for any data lost and it is recommended to obtain assistance if you are unsure about how to use or install a product. 

Should you fail / refuse to follow any of the installation instructions provided and experience errors therefrom , all guarantees provided will be nullified

 

6. PRIVACY

No personal information is shared or will ever be shared with third parties for any purpose whatsoever.
